This user agreement is entered into between the Transferva platform ("Platform") and the individual or legal entity using the Platform ("User"), effective upon the User's registration and/or use of the Platform.

The purpose of this Agreement is to define the terms and conditions under which the User may benefit from road transportation services through the Platform owned by Transferva. The Platform provides reservation and payment services for premium airport, intercity and urban transfer services across 81 provinces of Turkey.
"Service": Road transportation services, vehicle allocation, driver assignment and all related operational processes offered through the Platform.
"Platform": The website accessible at transferva.com and all related digital infrastructure.
"User": Any individual or legal entity who uses, registers on, or purchases services from the Platform.
"Reservation": A transfer service request made by the User through the Platform.
a) Membership is not required to use the Platform. However, valid contact information (name, surname, email, phone) must be provided to make a reservation.
b) The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The Platform cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
c) The User agrees to use the Platform only for legal purposes and in good faith.
a) Reservation and Payment: Reservations are made through the Platform using credit card (3D Secure) or cash payment options. Payment transactions are securely processed using iyzico infrastructure with 256-bit SSL encryption.
b) Pricing: Prices are determined based on route, vehicle type and transfer type. All taxes are included in the displayed prices.
c) Service Scope: Transfer service includes door-to-door transportation between designated pickup and drop-off points. Flight tracking, meet and greet service and luggage assistance are included as standard services.
a) The User is responsible for the accuracy of personal information provided during reservation.
b) The Platform is committed to continuously improving service quality and providing a secure experience.
c) Drivers are professional, experienced individuals who comply with safe driving standards.
d) The Platform cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur due to force majeure (natural disasters, weather conditions, traffic, etc.).
a) This Agreement enters into force when the User starts using the Platform and continues indefinitely.
b) Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice.
c) In case of violation of Platform rules by the User, the Platform may unilaterally terminate the agreement.
a) The User has the right to free cancellation at least 24 hours before the transfer time.
b) For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, the Platform's cancellation policy applies.
c) If the User fails to be at the meeting point at the specified time (no-show), no refund will be issued.
Personal data of the User is processed and protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) No. 6698. For detailed information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
a) The Platform reserves the right to update this agreement without prior notice. Updates take effect upon publication.
b) The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to any disputes arising from this agreement.
c) Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction for the resolution of disputes.
